Classic rectangle swimming pool and detached spa with an automatic pool cover built in the backyard of Chantilly Virginia. Chantilly is in Loudoun County VA.  The automatic cover adds a level of safety for the younger members of the family, helps retain warm water, and helps Dad by keeping the pool clean from debris.  The automatic pool cover also meets and exceeds ASTM standards, which now means you can use the automatic pool cover in place of a pool fence.  

The Spa is raised 18" and is detached from the swimming pool. The water falls over a spillway into a mini catch pool and is delivered to the pool via static plumbing lines. This acts as a equalizing line and helps filter the spa water. The stone veneer ties in to the stone on the opposing side of the pool. 
The pavers are concrete based and infused with air keeping them cool to the touch especially during those hot summer days.

Homeowner being an avid golfer added a putting green so he can keep is golf game sharp while keeping an eye on the kids swimming in the pool and spa.

An oversized sun shelf was offset on this rectangular swimming pool with three umbrella sleeves installed in the shelf. With twelve inches of water, it's the perfect height to put lounge chairs in the pool and enjoy a good book or beverage. Having the ability to also put in umbrellas it's a great space to grab some shade. The plaster finish is quartz, Aegean Green. The coping used is Travertine and is sealed with a salt water sealer and enhancer which really brings out the character in the stone. 

Revolutionary Gardens installed an awesome outdoor pavilion covering a kitchen, BBQ grill, and fireplace. The pavilion is dressed with stone face and has a travertine floor.

Oversized sun shelf with three umbrellas offer a great space inside the pool to grab some shade while watching the children play in the pool.

An eighteen inch tall stone retaining wall pulls double duty around this pool. It not only holds back the earth but offers the perfect height for seating.

An outdoor kitchen installed by Revolutionary Gardens is fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, BBQ grill, and enough room for a dinning table a lounge chairs. On the other side an outdoor fireplace was installed. Plenty of seating around this area to roast marshmallow on those cool summer nights.

VA Fence installed an black aluminum fence that meets all county codes. This style of fence almost disappears once all the landscaping reaches maturity.

A beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa built in Stafford County.  Due to the restrictions to the water we constructed the pool between the home and the newly renovated pool house.  Between the two structures there was a 3' difference in grade.  

How Do We Make the Pool Level and Work in the Confined Space?  

The Pool Company Construction designed not only a solution but gave them a water feature like no other.  Most of the time an infinity pool is on a sloop of the yard and the cascading water is never taken advantage of. The owner now walks out of their home and first thing they see is a beautiful waterfall. At night, the catch pool is equipped with glo-brite lights that not only light up the catch pool it also lights up the weir wall. 

The pool also is equipped with an automatic pool cover. The spa also has its own automatic pool cover.  Because the pool cover exceeds the county safety requirements, it can be used in lieu of a fence.  Not having a fence opened up the view of the river and only enhances the beauty of the swimming pool and spa.  Automatic pool covers help retain the heat in the pool, reduces chemical usage, reduces evaporation, and helps keep the pool cleaner.
