In Fredericksburg, this project replaced a fiberglass pool that had failed. The Pool Company Construction removed the existing pool, patio, electrical, and plumbing, then installed a new Gunite pool.

The redesigned layout moved the spa closer to the home. A stone-faced raised bond beam and water features were added at the spa's original end. The pool has walnut travertine coping from the Stone Center of Fredericksburg and a River Rok Harbor Grey finish.
